Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of customer service principles
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market conditions, competitive landscape, pricing strategies and industry trends
- Develop plans to acquire new customers, increase sales with existing customers and penetrate new markets
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Maintain sales activity records such as customer orders by using CRM software
- Negotiate contracts with clients in order to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume by focusing on key accounts and expanding the company’s presence in new markets
