Oversees the day-to-day operations of the retail sales team.
Makes sure customer service representatives and all other involved team members perform their duties to a high standard and that customers are fully satisfied.
Ensures smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Conducts daily sales meetings with the sales team in order to follow up and instruct them.
Follows up on orders from O.E to D.N.
Coordinates with the sales team for payment and collection.
Provides weekly product training meetings with the sales team.
Implements a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy.
Attends meetings with the sales team to close deals in a proper and satisfactory manner.
Estimates new projects.
Acts as a focal point between accounts, store, sales coordinator, and the sales team.
Follows up on important orders until they are handed over to our store.
Checks costing.
Evaluates the capacity of each salesperson.
Plans time management with every salesperson on a daily basis.
Handles complex questions and resolves complaints that other sales staff are unable to solve to the customer’s satisfaction.
Skills
Knowledge in the paints industry and wood coatings industry.
