We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Doha. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are passionate about delivering excellence, we want to hear from you!
Drive sales and revenue targets across corporate, leisure, MICE, and government segments
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
Conduct site inspections, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams on pricing, promotions, and strategy
Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For :
3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the 5-star or luxury segment
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Opera, Delphi, or similar
Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused
Valid Qatari driver’s license is an advantage
