Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, train, and monitor the sales team performance
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base
- Monitor KPIs and ensure team targets are met

- Maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Arabic speaker is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field (sales/management)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
