Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Sharjah. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading sales activities, and developing relationships with clients. Key tasks include formulating and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and preparing regular sales performance reports. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and develop tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client relationship management
- Strong understanding of the HVAC and Refrigeration industry, with experience in heat exchange and related products
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with international markets is a plus
