Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) to lead and drive our sales operations, with a strong focus on coffee machines and equipment sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing sales team while ensuring excellent customer experience across the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of coffee machines, equipment, and related solutions across UAE markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, HORECA, and retail sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in coffee machines, equipment trading, FMCG, or HORECA sector
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Proven experience in team leadership and target achievement
- Strong network within UAE corporate and hospitality sectors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- UAE driving license is preferred
