Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced anddynamicSales Manager tojoin our teamin Arjan, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have aproven track recordin real estate sales, exceptionalleadershipskills, and a strategic mindset to drivesales performanceand achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceedsales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth and effective transactions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis tosenior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track recordof achieving and exceedingsales targets.
Strongleadershipand team management skills.
Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Arjan.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
