Job Description
Present a professional, friendly, and efficient impression of the Hotel at all times.
Ensure that all tasks related to guest comfort, satisfaction, or the impression the guest receives of the Hotel are treated with utmost priority.
Establish good working relationships with guests, visitors, and colleagues to create a cohesive team that collaborates well across departments.
Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality personalized services throughout their stay.
Assist with resolving guest feedback efficiently and effectively.
Have knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, events, and surrounding area, and actively promote them.
Qualifications
Solid experience in a similar role in international chain hotels for a minimum of 2-3 years.
Regional or local market familiarity is an advantage.
Saudi Nationality.
Fluency in English.
