About us
Lunasol is a marketing agency in Dubai. Our core product is video: short form content, ads, brand videos and full YouTube channels, produced in house from script to final edit.
The role
You are our first sales hire. There is no team above you and no playbook waiting for you. You will build both, reporting directly to the founder.
What you will do
- Find and close SMEs in Dubai: clinics, gyms, real estate, restaurants, law firms, B2B services
- Own the full cycle from first contact to signed retainer
- Build the sales process from scratch: prospect lists, outreach scripts, qualifying questions, objection handling, pipeline stages
- Run outbound daily: calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in person visits
- Document what works so we can hire behind you
- Work with our Marketing Manager on proposals, pitch materials and case studies
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years selling services B2B in the UAE
- You have personally generated your own leads, not worked from a list someone handed you
- You can hold a pricing conversation and close without the founder in the room
- Comfortable with rejection and with picking up the phone every day
- Fluent English. Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
- Own residence visa is an advantage
What we offer
- AED 3,000 per month basic
- Commission on the monthly revenue of every client you close, paid monthly for 6 months while that client stays active

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
