We’re hiring: Leads Manager (Sales) at Housescaner Renovation Company.
What You’ll Do:
Receive, qualify, and manage incoming leads
Understand client needs and match them with the right service
Guide clients through renovation options and our process
Maintain regular communication with leads and clients
Identify upselling opportunities where possible
Follow up with all leads to keep the pipeline active
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in a construction, renovation, or fit-out company
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
Experience working with CRM systems and keeping them constantly updated
What We Offer:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
