Job Description
Ain Finance, a fast-growing SaaS accounting platform in the UAE, is seeking a Sales Manager to build, structure, and scale our entire sales department.
We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can set up a high-performance telesales engine, build a team from scratch, and drive consistent revenue growth in the UAE SME market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the complete sales and telesales department
- Recruit, train, and supervise telesales agents and sales staff
- Develop sales scripts, KPIs, workflows, and reporting systems
- Set up and manage a structured cold calling and lead generation system
- Source and manage UAE business databases and calling lists
- Drive team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Implement CRM systems and optimize sales pipeline efficiency
- Work closely with management to achieve revenue growth targets
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
- Commission: 5% on overall team sales
- Performance Bonus: AED 5,000 bonus upon achieving AED 100,000 monthly sales target
