We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Growth Manager to lead daily operations at Diay Fresh Chicken House in Al Hufuf. This role sits at the center of our business — you’ll run the branch day-to-day while directly driving the two things that matter most to us right now: cost efficiency and revenue growth. Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations — staffing, food quality, and customer experience
- Reduce food cost (COGS) through better supplier terms, portion control, and waste reduction
- Grow branch revenue through local marketing, menu optimization, and smart promotions
- Actively manage delivery platform accounts (HungerStation, Keeta, Jahez) — commissions, marketing spend, and ROI
- Maintain accurate weekly cash and inventory reconciliation
- Deliver clean monthly performance reports (revenue, COGS%, labor%, cash position) to ownership
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities such as catering and bulk orders
