Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in the construction or architectural aluminum industry?
URBANO Doors & Windows is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand our market presence, and drive business growth across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
* Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
* Experience in aluminum systems, windows & doors, façades, or the construction industry is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
