Your Day to Day

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning Inter Continental Doha as the preferred destination for business travel, meetings, and corporate events. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, ensuring

client satisfaction

, and contributing to the overall success of the Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate accounts. Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and participate in trade shows or networking events. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely follow-up to close deals. Collaborate with other hotel departments (events, operations, revenue) to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and risks. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information using the hotel’s CRM system.

What We Need From You:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector with a focus on corporate clients.

Proven track record

of achieving

sales targets

and managing key accounts. Strong network within the local and regional corporate market is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English;

Arabic is a plus. Self-motivated, energetic, and

results-driven

with a strategic mindset. Familiarity with hotel sales systems such as Opera Sales & Catering or Delphi is an advantage.
