is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead retail operations, expand market share, and drive revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive bedding industry expertise to manage retail accounts, lead high-performing sales teams, and elevate the presence of the Sealy brand in premium showrooms and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities


Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive retail sales targets across Middle East showrooms and multi-brand dealer networks.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand Sealy’s market share in the premium bedding segment.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify new retail growth opportunities.


Account & Retail Management

  • Manage relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and department store partners.
  • Ensure premium brand positioning and merchandising standards across all retail displays.
  • Optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions to maximize store profitability.


Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of retail store managers and sales consultants.
  • Conduct regular product and sales technique training to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Set clear performance KPIs and conduct regular evaluations to motivate sales staff.


Requirements


Education


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
    , Marketing, or a related field.

  • Master’s Degree (MBA)
    or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.


Experience


  • Minimum of 10 years of retail experience
    specifically within the bedding and mattresses industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location retail networks or regional dealer accounts in the Middle East.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets in the luxury or premium home furnishings sector.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, team building, and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail operations, and merchandising in the bedding industry.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in retail sales metrics and CRM software.
  • Male, 35 to 45 years old
  • Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni national
