We’re Hiring: Call Center Manager at Beyou Clinic, Dubai!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Beyou Clinic is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to lead and inspire our team in providing top-notch patient support.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the call center team to ensure outstanding patient service and support.
Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Monitor call center metrics (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to align call center operations with overall clinic goals.
Train new staff and ensure continuous development of the team.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective strategies.
Proficient in call center technology and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
