Two in one Restaurant is a well-established restaurant serving authentic Turkish cuisine. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, maintain high service standards, and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
✅ Train, manage, and motivate restaurant staff.
✅ Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
✅ Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
✅ Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
✅ Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
✅ Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and UAE regulations.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitask.
