Company Overview:We are a leading fragrance solutions company specializing in scenting homes, hotels, retail stores, offices, and commercial spaces. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including hotels, retail stores, offices, and residential customers.
- Present and promote the company’s fragrance products and scenting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (experience in fragrance, hospitality, retail, or related industries is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
