Model One Trading FZ-LLC is a Dubai-based company specializing in the trade of wood-based panel materials — MDF, melamine, and compact laminates (Supermatto) — serving the furniture manufacturing, joinery, and interior design industries across the UAE.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to develop and manage our client portfolio in the wood-based panel materials sector across Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate has hands-on sales experience with MDF, melamine, or compact laminate products and a strong understanding of the local furniture and interior fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with furniture manufacturers, joinery workshops, distributors, and interior contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client visits, quotations, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Provide technical product guidance to clients on MDF, melamine, and compact laminate applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the wood-based panel sector
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in MDF, melamine, compact laminates, or related wood-based panel materials
- Previous work experience in Dubai/UAE market (required)
- Valid UAE driving license (required)
- Strong network within the furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
