Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and energetic *Business Development Executive (BDE)* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong relationships with potential traders.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, messages, and social platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Explain our trading programs and services to potential clients
• Convert leads into paid customers
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaign feedback
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Basic knowledge of Forex trading
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling clients and closing deals
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Must have own visa (mandatory)
