Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate, manage, and close business opportunities for ERP, POS, Audit Software, and digital services. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads
- Follow up with prospects through calls and email
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations
Lead Management
- Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with potential clients
Client Interaction
- Understand customer requirements and business needs
- Coordinate with the technical team for solution delivery
- Assist in proposal preparation and submission
Digital Outreach
- Support LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Assist in online lead generation activities
Targets and Performance Metrics
- Number of calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate
- Revenue contribution
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confidence in cold calling and client handling
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP, software, or IT sales
- Familiarity with the UAE market
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
Work Setup
- Remote role (UAE-based candidates preferred)
- May require office presence in the future
- Occasional client visits may be required
Candidates holding a valid spouse visa will be preferred.
