Sales Executive – Real Estate Jobs in Dubai at Alhodood Technologies
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facilities Management / electro-mechanical and HVAC sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
Promote and sell Viessmann’s products and solutions to potential customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the Facilities Management / Electro-Mechanical/HVAC industry.
Familiarity with products and solutions from industry leaders
Strong network and experience working in the GCC and Dubai region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and close deals efficiently.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and results oriented.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
