Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing new business through cold calling/emailing, marketing, or business presentations. Exploring market trends to identify the most profitable areas. Conducting face-to-face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients. Assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and buying property for the right price under the best terms. Providing guidance to clients to improve their investments or options. Conducting property viewings and follow-ups.
Maintaining regular contact with all clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Real Estate Development (minimum 1 year). Excellent
communication
and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software.
