Job Overview:
We are currently seeking two motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executives to join our Machinery Division—one based in Abu Dhabi and one in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge and proven field sales experience in the heavy machinery industry. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, promoting our product range, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits (3–4 per day) to generate new leads, build relationships, and assist customers in selecting the correct spare parts professionally and efficiently.
Promote full product lines, including companion parts and ongoing offers, to ensure customers are aware of all available options.
Handle inquiries by phone or in-person, providing accurate price quotes and product information in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Review and process customer quotations, ensuring parts accuracy, pricing alignment, and compliance with estimates.
Coordinate with internal teams to track out-of-stock or back-ordered parts, notify customers on order status, and support timely deliveries.
Ensure proper documentation, including invoice issuance, payment collection, credit authorization, and customer signatures on all charge sales.
Support returns and credit processing by verifying original purchases against invoices in line with company policy.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, customer databases, and shipment schedules for seamless operations.
Stay up to date with technical bulletins, product updates, and participate in ongoing training and lost sales tracking initiatives.
Participate in training programs and stay informed on technical updates and new products.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
3–5 years of outdoorspare parts sales experience in Construction, Cranes or Material Handling Equipment.
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Solid knowledge of technical and mechanical systems.
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in using electronic parts catalogues.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, urgency, reliability, and drive to achieve targets.
Demonstrate flexibility to support operations, including temporary assignments and availability during weekends or public holidays as needed.
