Key Responsibilities:
1. Shipment Coordination
Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with vendors and carriers to confirm shipping details and resolve any issues.
Prepare shipments, including packing, labelling, and strapping, to ensure secure and accurate delivery.
2. Supply Chain Coordination
Work with suppliers and teams to manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
Help optimize the supply process to meet company demands.
3. Administrative Tasks
Documentation: Keep logistics and administrative files organized and prepare basic reports.
Communication: Respond to emails and calls, coordinate meetings, and keep teams updated.
Scheduling: Manage calendars and schedule meetings or events.
Office Support: Order supplies, assist with office upkeep, and help with onboarding new staff.
Compliance: Ensure logistics activities follow company policies and regulations.
Skills Needed:
