Our client, a leading Technical Services Company in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for following up on leads generated through META (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly on leads generated through Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Contact potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare and share quotations and service information.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Filipino Female Candidate.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
