We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Glass & Metal to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in the glass, metal, aluminium, façade, or interior fit-out industry and must be capable of generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the glass, metal, aluminium, and fit-out sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and developers
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with production and technical team for project execution
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain proper sales records and reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Glass / Metal / Aluminium / Fit-out / Construction industry
- Strong client network in UAE construction / interior market preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of drawings, materials, and project specifications is an advantage
