Our client is one of the fastest-growing freight forwarding agencies in The Middle East.

We are looking for a “Business Development Executive” to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven communication, management and leadership skills

• Previous experience working with contract management systems, word processing, spreadsheets,

and PowerPoint presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

• Ability to write routine reports, letters and documents.

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Mandatory Industry experience-Shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding company

Experience- Min 3 years

UAE Driving License- Mandatory

Location- DIP, Dubai

Qualifications:

• Generate business leads internally and externally.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients worldwide.

• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and market/negotiate offered services.

• Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.

• Develop and maintain best business practices.

• Execute monthly executive summaries for C-level leadership.

• Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship

building.

• Work cross-functionally to review pricing, market penetration and service KPIs.

• Responsible for accounts receivables and accessorial charge management as well as providing all documentation needed for claims resolution.

• Drive both revenue and margin growth across multiple verticals and modes.

• Create sales calendar, attend customer events and conduct annual business reviews.

• Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company.
