Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele-calling Sales Executive (Preferably a Female Candidate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-calling or sales and a proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Quick learner with strong adaptability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Own visa preferred, but not mandatory.
Female candidates from the South region preferred.
