We are working with a growing financial services business looking to hire a Sales Executive to join their commercial team in Dubai.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, FX, insurance or a related sector.
We are open to different backgrounds — what matters most is your ability to generate new business, build relationships and consistently drive revenue.
The Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and wider region
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers and prospective clients
- Own the sales cycle from initial prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and existing relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Understand client requirements and position the company’s solutions effectively
- Consistently work towards and exceed revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within financial services
- Background in Fintech, Payments, FX, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Lending or related financial services is advantageous
- Strong commercial and business development mindset
- Proven ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline
- Confident dealing with decision-makers and conducting consultative sales conversations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- UAE/Dubai market experience is preferred but not essential
