Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive – Events & Exhibitions with proven UAE market experience to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the events, exhibitions, fit-out, and experiential marketing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the UAE events and exhibitions market.
- Identify potential clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Events & Exhibitions sales.
- Strong network and understanding of the UAE events industry.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience handling corporate clients and project-based sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
