Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive Estimator Responsibilities Included to join our growing team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the flooring industry with the ability to manage client relationships, conduct site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales opportunities. This role is suitable for a proactive professional who can combine strong sales skills with technical estimation knowledge to support business growth and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client site visits and take accurate measurements
- Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and cost proposals
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide suitable flooring solutions
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Resolve client concerns, complaints, and project-related issues in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and estimation within a flooring company
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, site measurements, and quotation preparation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage site visits independently
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic language skills are preferred - Valid UAE Driving License is required
- Must be presentable, target-driven, and customer-focused
