Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cement industry within the UAE.
- Strong network within the construction and building materials sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Salary:10000AED+ Vehicle+1 BHK Accommodation
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
