We are looking for a resilient, empathic Junior Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. Ultimately, an outstanding Business Development Executive will keep a close eye on clients’ feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes
Developing and implementing strategic business development plans and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
Identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities
Preparing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients or partners, highlighting the company’s value proposition
Negotiating and structuring complex business deals, contracts, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution
Conducting due diligence and risk assessments on potential business opportunities, partnerships, or acquisitions
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products, services, and brand visibility
Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential threats and opportunities
Developing and maintaining a robust network of industry contacts, strategic partners, and key decision-makers
Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contributions.
Qualifications:
A graduate of Business Administration or related field.
1 year of experience in Health Care or in Dental setting in UAE.
Has a valid driving license in United Arab of Emirates is a plus.
Can join immediately.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
