Job Summary
AME Storage Solutions LLC is looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to convert qualified leads into business opportunities and expand our business to potential clients. The candidate will receive leads generated through Google Ads ,Meta Ads or other such platforms by the CRM Specialist and will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads provided by the CRM Specialist.
- Visit customer sites during the initial construction phase to identify business opportunities and canvas potential clients.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Follow up consistently to secure projects and close sales.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, obtain approvals, and ensure timely project execution.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the CRM Specialist.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales(only male applicants)
- Experience in racking & shelving systems, storage solutions, construction, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
