Sales Executive – Bespoke Suits
DESCRIPTION:
Luxury bespoke tailoring brand based in UAE is looking for a Sales Executive
REQUIRMENTS:
– Must have at least 3 – 4 years of experience in Menswear / Bespoke tailoring
– Ability to work under monthly targets
– Interest in Fashion / Styling
– Ability to build sales strategy
– Confident in customer service
– Good presentation & communication skills
– Experience in dealing with VIP clients
– Understanding trends and being up to date with mens fashion trends.
– Ability to expand the client base as much as possible
– Networking with businesses to increase corporate clients
– Knowledge of fabrics and the tailoring industry
JOB ROLE:
– Ensuring sales team is working at full potential
– Coming up with monthly strategies with entire team to help achieve targets
– Approving the right materials/accessories to stock in store
– Researching fashion trends and staying current on contemporary styles
– Complaint handling, turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer
-Flexible timing to work as deem required, which may include weekends and exhibition attendance (local and international).
– Supervising or working with designers, master cutters and tailors team members
– Arranging / coordinating visits to measure the customer, and show the fabric choices
– Coordinate with the production house to ensure garments are made on time and ready for clients to try.
– Monitor all fittings and report to management for any mishaps in quality control.
– Ensure timely deliveries to all clients and arrange their visits / trials accordingly.
– Stay in touch with clients and keep them up to date with all new designs and fabrics.
You will be working with business leaders from across the world. Your job is to ensure they are provided with the best customer service and arrange meetings with them as per their convenient time & location.
