The ideal candidate must have previous experience in luxury retail and have knowledge of the current market trends. It is essential that you can demonstrate sales skills and experience building client relationships. You should have excellent communication skills in English, French, or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the boutique manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a luxury beachwear boutique.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school degree.
