Sales Executive Assistant – Real Estate Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at Big Fish Recruitment
We are currently partnering with a semi-government real estate developer in Abu Dhabi to recruit an Executive Assistant – Sales to support the Executive Director, Commercial.
The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and helping ensure the smooth execution of sales and commercial activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Coordinate key tasks, prepare presentations, draft approval requests, and ensure timely processing of approvals for the Executive Director.
• Calendar and Communication Management: Manage the active calendar of appointments, communicate commitments, process expense reports, and draft confidential correspondence.
• Liaison Role: Act as a trusted liaison between the Executive Director and senior leadership, functional departments, and external stakeholders, fostering credibility and collaboration.
• Meetings Coordination: Organize departmental and executive meetings, record and distribute minutes, follow up on action items, and maintain an effective filing system.
• Document Preparation: Create and edit letters, memos, agendas, meeting notes, and presentations in support of the Executive Director.
• Reports Coordination: Compile periodic and ad-hoc reports by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring quality and timely submission.
• Project Assistance: Assist with sales-related projects, producing complex documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Approval Management: Facilitate the approval process by collecting and verifying necessary supporting information.
• Travel Management: Organize and manage travel arrangements for the Executive Director, including itineraries and related logistics.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate sales events, including venue arrangements, catering, invitations, and budget management.
