Ezi-Pos Cloud is looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to sell our complete POS software and hardware solutions to Restaurants, Retail Stores, and Salons.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with business owners, understanding their requirements, providing professional software demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up with leads, and closing sales.
This is a sales and product demonstration role. The candidate should be willing to learn the Ezi-Pos Cloud system thoroughly and confidently demonstrate both software features and POS hardware to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new sales leads received through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Identify whether the customer requires a Restaurant, Retail, or Salon solution.
- Conduct online and face-to-face software demonstrations.
- Explain Ezi-Pos Cloud features in a simple and professional manner.
- Demonstrate complete POS packages including software and hardware.
- Explain POS hardware such as POS machines, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, tablets, and related devices.
- Recommend the right package and add-ons based on the customer’s requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers until the deal is closed.
- Negotiate professionally while maintaining company pricing and profitability.
- Convert incoming leads into paying customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, demonstrations, and sales status.
- Coordinate with the installation and support team after closing a sale.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upgrades and additional products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in POS software sales, SaaS sales, ERP sales, accounting software sales, IT solutions, or business software sales is highly preferred.
- Experience selling POS hardware or computer hardware is an advantage.
- Experience conducting software demonstrations is strongly preferred.
- Previous B2B sales experience in the UAE is an advantage.
- Existing knowledge of the Restaurant, Retail, or Salon industry is an advantage.
Language
- Good spoken and written English is required.
- Arabic speaking ability is a strong advantage due to our customer base.
- Additional languages are an advantage.

We are not looking for someone who only generates leads. We need a complete sales executive who can take a lead from initial enquiry to final payment:
Lead → Qualification → Product Demo → Quotation → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Closing → Handover
The candidate should be confident sitting with a business owner, understanding their operation, demonstrating the right Ezi-Pos solution, answering questions, and successfully closing the deal.
Products You Will Sell
️ Ezi-Pos Restaurant – Restaurant cashier, dine-in, takeaway, delivery, inventory, recipe management, QR menu and restaurant management solutions.
️ Ezi-Pos Retail – Barcode billing, inventory, purchasing, customer management, multi-branch and retail management solutions.
Ezi-Pos Salon – Billing, appointments, staff management, commissions, customer management and online appointment solutions.
️ POS Hardware – POS computers, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, tablets and related hardware.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys selling technology to businesses, is comfortable demonstrating software in front of customers, follows up persistently, and has the confidence and negotiation ability required to close deals rather than simply generate enquiries.
