Asico is seeking a motivated and
results-driven
Sales Executive  to join our
dynamic
sales team. This role is crucial for establishing and nurturing client relationships, promoting our real estate offerings, and driving sales growth across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate property listings, explaining features and benefits to potential buyers. Negotiate contracts and terms to close sales, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads. Maintain
up-to-date
knowledge of the real estate market, including competitor offerings and industry trends. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform management of sales strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Proven track record
of meeting or exceeding
sales targets
. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade clients. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Strong
problem-solving
abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
Willingness to
