Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in the UAE, RAS AL KHAIMAH. The candidate should have work authorization. The main task of this role is:
- Day to day operational activities, customer care and strategic decisions.
- Manage sales in assigned areas and explore new markets, new customers, as part of the company’s business expansion & development plan.
- Responsible for preparing monthly production plans inline with plant management, making sure that sufficient & appropriate stock is available at any given time.
- Responsible for receivables, preparing cash flow reports and making sure that payments are timely received from all the clients.
- Monitoring order by order sales and updating the management and suggesting required changes, in order to keep an eye on improvement in revenue of the company.
- Generating various sales reports of entire customer portfolio of the company (assigned territory) and updating marketing management as and when required.
- Responsible for preparing annual Budget and Forecast reports for marketing management to implement and monitor.
- Prepare combined confirmed orders summary and update management on daily basis.
- Prepare monthly dispatch plan and monitoring timely dispatches.
- Prepare for and participate in industry-related international exhibitions.
- Frequent travel is required.
Qualifications
- Five years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development, focusing on meeting targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical packaging and related industries is an advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English;
Fluency in Filippino/Tagalog language is a real plus
