We are currently hiring a Sales Executive for a growing technology company specializing in salon and beauty management systems.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, particularly those who have worked with salons, beauty centers, or retail businesses, whether selling software solutions, POS systems, or beauty products/services.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients, conducting product demos, and building strong relationships with business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with qualified leads and convert them into clients
- Conduct product demonstrations for salon and beauty business owners
- Understand client needs and present suitable software solutions
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
- Build strong relationships with salon and retail clients
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Experience selling to salons, beauty centers, retail stores, or SMEs
- Experience in SaaS, POS, retail software, or beauty products is a plus
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Good English communication
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
