Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Pouching Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine setup, operation, and quality control to ensure efficient pouch production with minimal waste. Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate pouching machines efficiently while minimizing waste.
Produce high-quality pouches, including 3-side seal, stand-up pouches, center seal, and gusset pouches.
Monitor production quality and ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards (ISO 9000, BRC, HACCP).
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating pouching machines. Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize performance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety and manufacturing standards.
