Position Overview
Dolphin Manufacturing Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our HVAC Heat Exchanger Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across the UAE HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC heat exchangers, coils, and related installation services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end users.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE HVAC market.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- proven sales experience in the HVAC Heat Exchanger industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including coils, micro-channel coils, heat exchangers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and heat pipes.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Familiarity with the UAE HVAC market will be an added advantage.
