We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations in HVAC, MEP, and cleaning services.
Schedule, dispatch, and monitor field technicians and cleaning crews to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain and track inventory, materials, and equipment necessary for operations.
Communicate with clients regarding service requests, job status, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and job documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Support the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of field personnel.
Monitor work progress, handle operational challenges, and implement solutions efficiently.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage procurement and service contracts.
Generate reports and analyze operational data to optimize workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in an operations coordination role, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or cleaning services.
Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, MEP, and cleaning industry processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and job management software.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and field staff.
