1. Job Summary

Responsible of sales, collection and growth for specific area/customers as assigned by management.

2. Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to

ï‚· To sell the widest range of company’s products to his assigned customers and provide feedback of any competition activity within his area

ï‚· Ensure proper implementation of planogram

ï‚· Issue special order requests upon need

ï‚· Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy

ï‚· Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review, before going to the market.

ï‚· Detect and report new customers in his area to the team leader

ï‚· Sell all potential customers

ï‚· Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.

ï‚· Present customer orders to the team leader and the daily collection for the distributor or accountant

ï‚· Issue return forms for defected products if available and get approval from his superior before actual return.

ï‚· Reports to the team leader any problem / objection that occurred and he could not handle.

ï‚· Review on quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and get customer signature/approval.

ï‚· Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves AFH – Sales Department

3. Job Dynamics & Interfaces

3.1 Internal: STL, SSTL, Sales Representative, Marketing, CSD, Accounts.

3.2External: Clients.

4. Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

4.1 Education & Experience

ï‚· Minimum High School degree.

ï‚· A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar and related field.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR5,000.00 per month
