Job Purpose:
We are looking for 2 skilled and experienced Fabricators to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various fabrication tasks, working with metals, machinery, and ensuring the high-quality completion of fabrication work as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform metal fabrication tasks, including cutting, welding, shaping, and assembling metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace health standards.
Assist with the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces to ensure efficiency and safety.
Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range: AED 1,500 (increased based on performance)
Accommodation, transportation, visa, and medical insurance provided
Off Days: 1 day off per week (Sunday)
Vacation: Return flight ticket after 2 years of employment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field
Language Proficiency: Must have knowledge of English and Hindi
Skills:
Proficient in operating fabrication machinery and hand tools
Strong knowledge of metalwork, welding, and blueprint reading
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Additional Information:
Duty Schedule: 8 hours per day + overtime as required
Contract Duration: 2 years
