About the Company
We are a reputed organization operating in the precious metals and bullion trading sector, with a strong presence in the UAE. As part of our expansion, we are opening a new branch in Abu Dhabi and are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team.
Position: Sales OfficerKey Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and provide professional sales assistance
- Promote and sell bullion products in line with company policies
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently
- Follow compliance, internal controls, and company procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in bullion, gold, jewellery, or retail sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of billing procedures and cash handling
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
- Familiarity with the UAE market is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
