Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for interior fit-out and decoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the interiors and fit-out industry.
Note: This is a target-driven position designed for individuals who are motivated by challenges, thrive in a performance-oriented environment, and are committed to achieving and exceeding set targets. Success in this role will be measured by results, initiative, consistency, and the ability to deliver strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the interiors and fit-out sector (residential, commercial, retail, and corporate).
- Meet and exceed assigned quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, real estate agents, and property developers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the design and technical team.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
- Coordinate with the design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project handover after sales closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the interiors industry.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in interior fit-out, decoration, real estate, or construction-related industries.
- Strong network and understanding of the UAE interiors/fit-out market is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license (IS A MUST).
Compensation & Incentives
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
- Target Structure: Quarterly sales targets with attractive, uncapped commission on achieved sales.
- Performance Bonus: Additional bonus awarded upon successful achievement of quarterly targets, based on overall performance.
