We're Hiring: Sales Executive – Home Automation & ELV Systems
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for smart technology and intelligent living? Join our team and help shape the future of connected homes and buildings.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive business development for our Home Automation and ELV systems portfolio – including KNX, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, DALI lighting control, and video intercoms.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify and close project opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors
• Build a pipeline through developers, consultants, contractors, and interior designers
• Conduct client presentations and propose tailored ELV/smart home solutions
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals and BOQs with engineering support
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
🎓 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home, or related tech
• Knowledge of ELV systems: KNX, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, DALI, AV
• Proven revenue track record with an existing client network
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driving license | CRM proficiency
✨ BONUS POINTS
• Experience with luxury/HNW residential or hospitality clients
• Familiarity with brands: ABB, Schneider, Hikvision, Lutron, Crestron, Bose, Sonos
• Arabic language skills (strong advantage in GCC markets)
