About the Role
We’re hiring driven, entry-level Sales Executives to join our growing Dubai team. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates exploring European work and study visa opportunities — guiding them from first inquiry through to enrollment. High-incentive role: your earnings scale directly with your performance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads across WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and calls; qualify candidate interest
- Clearly and honestly explain visa programs, eligibility, and our milestone-based payment plans
- Guide candidates through document collection and the application process
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective candidates with consistent follow-up
- Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Represent Veridian professionally — no over-promising, no false guarantees
Compensation
- Base salary + high commission structure — top performers can significantly exceed base pay
